The Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institution (AANAPISI) Scholarship provides financial support for undergraduate students who identify as Asian American or Pacific Islander attending the U of M-Twin Cities.

As a designated AANAPISI, UCI faculty, staff and students are eligible to apply for The AANAPISI program, one of eight federally designated Minority Serving Institution (MSI) programs, was established by Congress in 2007 as part of the College Cost Reduction and Access Act. It was expanded in 2008 under the Higher Education Opportunity Act. Requirements: Majoring in a healthcare-related field, demonstrated financial need, completion of at least 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours.
